Dedicated on June 11, 1976, the BGSU 电影 Theater (previously named The Gish 电影 Theater and Gallery) was originally located in Hanna Hall.

Due to renovations to the Hanna Hall building, the theater has been relocated to the Bowen-Thompson Student Union Theater (Room 206), along with a few of the pieces of memorabilia from the original theater.

The BGSU academic departments of 戏剧和电影, 英语, 流行文化, 民族博天堂官方网站, 历史, 德国, 俄罗斯 and East Asian Languages were all frequent users of the theater. The theater was also used for various film programs sponsored by the University Activities Organization.
